Membership 

There is a onetime non-refundable fee of $50.00 plus yearly dues of $25.00 dollars. The yearly dues are intended to cover cost of expendable supplies. 

Print the three forms (see buttons below) sign and date the Liability and Rules forms and complete the application form. 

Send the completed /signed forms along with the fee and dues ($75.00) to:
